Window / Trim Liquid Masking
Tape Substitute Jasco Mask & Seal is a liquid masking tape substitute for windows and trim. It helps prevent paint bleed and leaves no adhesive residue. It can also be used for weatherproofing and seals windows from drafts and water damage. Can be used interior/exterior wood, aluminum, metal and vinyl* windows (bare or painted) or French doors. Do not use on coated, tinted, stained or plastic glass. Do no use under lacquer coatings. *Consult window manufacturer for vinyl and test before use. SEE THE VIDEO!  |
| Coverage: Brushed- 750 linear feet. Sprayed - 64 sq.ft. per qt. | Stir before using. Can be brushed or sprayed on. Trim should
be clean, deglosssed and ready for painting. Mask & Seal will peel off
glass and most, smooth uncoated flat metal surfaces or glossy painted trim.
1. Brush on thick coat one inch wide to glass and onto edge of trim. Or spray entire window area. 2. After Mask & Seal changes color from white to clear (approx. 30 minutes) apply paint (oil or latex) to trim and edge of glass to seal. Let paint dry. 3. Notch and cut carefully along the edge of the trim. 4. Peel paint off the glass now or within a week or two. Peels best when cool. Reapply if too thin to peel. 5. Apply only when surface temperature is between 40 degrees to 90 degrees F. 6. Weatherproofing: Brush on two applications to edge of trim. Clean-Up: Wash tools and hands with water. |

Duo-Stick 2-Sided Painting Tapeholds heavier mil dropcloths on rough surfaces - interior or exterior. Duo-Stick can be used in paint, plaster or stucco applications. Duo-Stick eliminates the problem, both in time and cost, with applying masking tape to a heavier mil dropcloth. Duo-sticks light adhesive can be used on most primed, painted surfaces without damaging the surface. The strong adhesive side can hold up to a 3-mil dropcloth without pulling away or sagging. The user only need apply Duo-Stick to the surface to be protected, pull off the protective silicone liner, and hand the film or masking paper directly onto the tape. |
