Texture Effects® is a multi-purpose,
water base, acrylic, plaster-like medium that is ideal for raised relief, heavy
distressed textures, stenciling and to correct wall imperfections. It is highly
durable, water resistant and will adhere to most surfaces. Texture
Effects® will not shrink or crack while drying and once cured, is hard.
This versatile product can be tinted using Modern
Masters'® ShimmerStone® Color Concentrates, SkimStone®
ColorPaks, or universal colorants and
exhibits no color loss once dry. This eliminates the need for over painting.
One of the most unique and time saving features of this product is its ability
to self-seal. This gives the decorative painter the option of glazing or
painting the textured surface directly, without the added time and expense of
priming or varnishing. |

unique feel of rough hewn materials ~ Add quartz additive for a sparkling
natural organic quartz look
This coating requires a minimum of two coats.
Please figure approximately 120 square feet per gallon. A deep-base primer is
strongly suggested for the dark colors.

| SUEDE IMPRESSIONS a three dimensional look in paint
|
This subtly textured finish is
inspired by the nap of fine suede. This wall finish is applied in two coats -
the first can be roller applied while the second is applied with a brush to
achieve the depth of texture. The warm saturated colors are inspired by the
great outdoors.

| SAND
TONES a three dimensional look in paint |
| The look of the rugged outdoors is recreated with
this uniquely textured finish. The texture is reminiscent of rough stone or a
sun drenched desert. The lighter colors in the palettefeature a glint of black
grains while darker colors show off a white glint. This wall finish is easily
achieved with two roller applied coats.

| McCloskey Special Effects Lime Wash |
Special Effects Textured Lime Wash adds an
old world charm to painted or textured surfaces, such as brick or stucco. Use
it alone or with a color glaze for a subtly textured fresco finish. Or add more
texture by sponging on Sand Tones or Suede Impressions along with the Textured
